Family Pathways Thrift Stores has launched a preliminary investigation to ensure the safety and well-being of its customers. This is part of our commitment to ensure that we can provide the best possible customer service. For more information on the store's policies and procedures, please visit our Store page, which can be found at the bottom of the page or on the Find a Store page.
All ten locations are open four days a week, no registration is required and the donation centre is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. If a furniture unload requires several people to unload, an appointment is required, as is any furniture trailer load that needs to be unloaded. Appointments are required for furniture paths or truck loads that require unloading or loading of several people. For furniture trailers or loads that require unloading or loading of more than one person.
Unfortunately, some factors will continue to affect the business's ability to serve you in the best way and we may have staffing issues as some employees need time off to care for their sick family members. To respond to this staffing problem, the number of opening hours of shops can be reduced and / or some shops can be closed for donations. Some Family Pathways Thrift stores have changed store opening hours, closed donations or even closed doors for a day or two. At some locations we had to collect donations, change our working hours or close the door for about an hour at certain times of the day, such as at weekends.
Customers, including children aged 3 and over, must wear masks, face coverings, scarves and headscarves covering their faces. Pathways has updated the store's donation policy to keep the program healthy, and all donations are appreciated. We rely on the generosity of people like you to keep our program going and grow. If your preferred donation center is temporarily closed, we ask you to consider making a donation to one of our locations and to hold on to your donations until it reopens.
