@ lhc67... really? Do pets really qualify for HIPAA laws? If you didn't sign one upon drop off, politely request that your pets information is private and move on. Otherwise be grateful they were so careful with your dogs care. …

I worked at Kingdale Kennels in the late sixties, when they were located in Bloomington. It was always our goal to treat the animals with kindness and care. It is nice to know that the new owners are carrying on the traditions established…
