I've been going to Kodiak for years and love the coffee as well as all the friendly people who work there. I heard that Ann sold the place a while back and apparently the current owners offer the same great service that she did.

Kodaik Coffee has the best iced cake latte in the world! So delicious! The staff is always very friendly and helpful! They have a wide variety of hot and cold drinks and a cute little selection of gifts as well.
